Welcome to RazzYos Services. By accessing our website, joining our Discord server, purchasing a product or service, participating in a giveaway, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from RazzYos Services or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms of Service.
• You agree to follow all applicable rules and policies.
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You understand that many of our products are digital products and may be delivered immediately.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use our services.

2. Digital Products and Services

RazzYos Services provides digital products and services, which may include, depending on current availability:

• Digital accounts
• Subscription-related products
• Gaming-related products
• Digital keys or codes
• Discord-related services
• Social media-related services
• Server boosts
• We dont provide refund for downloadable products
• Other electronically delivered products

The exact contents, duration, specifications, limitations, and warranty of a product are stated on the relevant product page whenever applicable.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and verification.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
• Cancel unpaid orders.
• Cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors.
• Request additional verification where reasonably necessary.
• Refuse service in cases of fraud, abuse, previous violations, or attempted exploitation of our services.

An order is not considered completed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

4. Payments

Customers must only use payment methods they are authorized to use.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment methods, stolen payment information, payment manipulation, or attempts to deceive our payment providers are strictly prohibited.

If payment is not completed within the required period, the order may automatically be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct information during checkout.

5. Digital Delivery

Most products sold by RazzYos Services are delivered digitally.

Delivery may take place through:

• The website
• Email
• Customer dashboard
• Discord
• A download
• A code or key
• Login credentials
• Another electronic delivery method

Delivery is considered completed once the purchased digital product, information, credentials, key, code, or service has been made available to the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking their email, customer account, order page, and other provided delivery methods.

6. Product Information

Customers must read the entire product description before purchasing.

The customer is responsible for checking:

• Product requirements
• Region restrictions
• Supported platforms
• Compatibility
• Warranty duration
• Product limitations
• Delivery information
• Required customer actions

Purchasing a product without reading the description does not automatically create a right to a voluntary refund.

7. Account Products

When purchasing an account-based product, you must verify that the provided credentials work immediately after delivery.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, you must not change any account information until you have confirmed that the account works correctly.

This may include changing:

• Email address
• Password
• Recovery email
• Recovery phone number
• Two-factor authentication
• Username
• Country or region
• Security information
• Payment information
• Linked accounts
• Other important account settings

Changing Account Details

Changing account details may immediately void the voluntary warranty provided by RazzYos Services.

If you change the email, password, recovery information, 2FA, linked accounts, region, or other important information before reporting an issue, we may no longer be able to verify the original condition of the account.

Therefore:

Changing account details will make the applicable voluntary warranty fall off unless the product description or support team explicitly states otherwise.

Your mandatory statutory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

8. Warranty

Some products include a voluntary store warranty.

The warranty duration will normally be stated in:

• The product description
• The order information
• The delivery message
• Our Discord
• The relevant product category

If no separate warranty period is stated, no additional commercial warranty beyond mandatory statutory rights should be assumed.

A voluntary warranty only covers problems that existed at the time of delivery or problems specifically covered by the relevant product warranty.

9. 24-Hour Warranty

Certain products may include a basic 24-hour voluntary warranty.

The warranty period starts when the product is delivered.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

Claims submitted after the warranty has expired may be rejected unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

For promotional products where a 24-hour store warranty is explicitly offered subject to completing an order confirmation or feedback requirement, failing to complete that stated requirement may result in the loss of the additional promotional warranty.

Any review or feedback must always represent the customer's genuine experience and is not required to be positive.

10. Warranty Requirements

To receive assistance under our voluntary warranty, customers must cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

Depending on the product, we may request:

• Order ID
• Email address used for the order
• Screenshot
• Screen recording
• Error message
• Login attempt
• Date and time of the problem
• Other reasonable proof related to the issue

For account products, we may require an uncut screen recording showing the login process from beginning to end.

The recording should show that the same credentials provided by RazzYos Services are being used.

Do not publicly post account credentials or other sensitive information.

11. Warranty Exclusions

The voluntary RazzYos Services warranty does not normally cover problems caused by:

• Changing account credentials.
• Changing recovery information.
• Enabling or modifying 2FA.
• Linking or unlinking third-party accounts.
• Customer misuse.
• Sharing the product with other people.
• Reselling the product without permission.
• Breaking third-party platform rules.
• Customer-caused account restrictions.
• Customer-caused bans.
• Using unsupported software or tools.
• Region changes.
• VPN-related issues caused by the customer.
• Unauthorized modifications.
• Deleting or damaging supplied information.
• Losing credentials after successful delivery.
• Third-party outages outside our control.
• Actions taken by third-party platforms after successful delivery that are unrelated to a defect existing at delivery.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Discord and Boost Services

For Discord-related services, customers acknowledge that Discord is an independent third-party platform that RazzYos Services does not control.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the voluntary warranty does not cover losses caused solely by:

• Discord removing boosts.
• Discord changing its systems.
• Discord suspending a customer account.
• Discord restricting a server.
• Discord terminating an account.
• A server owner removing boosts or access.
• A bot removing or interfering with boosts.
• Customer actions.
• Third-party platform enforcement outside our control.

If boosts are successfully delivered and are later removed by a bot, server administrator, Discord, or another external party for reasons unrelated to a defect in the delivered service, a voluntary refund is generally not provided.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Third-Party Account Restrictions

RazzYos Services cannot control the decisions of third-party platforms.

If a third-party platform later:

• Locks an account
• Suspends an account
• Requests verification
• Changes its rules
• Restricts access
• Removes a feature
• Terminates an account

this does not automatically mean that RazzYos Services failed to deliver the purchased product.

Each case may be reviewed individually according to the product description, applicable warranty, and mandatory law.

14. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, voluntary refunds are generally not provided after a digital product has been successfully delivered, accessed, redeemed, used, or consumed unless:

• The product is defective and covered by an applicable remedy.
• We are unable to provide a valid replacement where required.
• The product was materially different from its description.
• A refund is required under applicable law.
• RazzYos Services voluntarily approves a refund.

Simply changing your mind after receiving or using a digital product does not automatically entitle you to a voluntary refund.

Our separate Refund Policy may provide additional information.

15. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights depending on their country and applicable law.

Where legally permitted, customers purchasing immediately supplied digital content may be asked during checkout to:

1. Explicitly request that delivery or performance begins immediately before the normal withdrawal period expires; and
2. Acknowledge that starting the supply of the digital content may result in the loss of the applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Replacements

Where an issue is covered by our voluntary warranty, RazzYos Services may choose to provide an appropriate remedy such as:

• Technical assistance
• Replacement
• Redelivery
• Repair or correction
• Store credit where agreed
• Refund where appropriate or legally required

Customers must give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with an order, please contact RazzYos Services support before opening a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.

Fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly false payment disputes are prohibited.

Examples include:

• Claiming that an order was never delivered when delivery records show otherwise.
• Claiming a payment was unauthorized when the customer knowingly made the purchase.
• Filing a dispute after successfully using or redeeming the product while deliberately providing false information.

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

• Suspension of customer access.
• Refusal of future service.
• Blacklisting.
• Submission of relevant order evidence to the payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights provided by their bank, payment provider, or applicable law.

18. Blacklisting

RazzYos Services reserves the right to restrict or refuse future service to users who engage in serious abuse, fraud, harassment, or repeated violations of these Terms.

Reasons for blacklisting may include:

• Fraud.
• Fraudulent chargebacks.
• Payment fraud.
• Scamming.
• Attempted exploitation.
• Intentionally providing false evidence.
• Abusing replacements or refunds.
• Harassing staff or customers.
• Threats.
• Doxxing.
• Serious Discord rule violations.
• Giveaway abuse.
• Multi-account abuse.
• Attempting to bypass a previous blacklist.
• Reselling products where resale is prohibited.
• Sharing private or confidential product information.
• Repeated intentional violations of these Terms.

Blacklisting may result in refusal of future voluntary service.

Mandatory legal rights relating to existing purchases remain unaffected.

19. Giveaways

Giveaways may have separate rules announced at the time of the giveaway.

Users participating in giveaways must not:

• Use multiple accounts.
• Use bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulate entries.
• Submit fraudulent entries.
• Impersonate another person.
• Sell or transfer giveaway entries where prohibited.
• Attempt to claim the same reward multiple times.

If a giveaway explicitly states that the winner must provide confirmation or genuine feedback after receiving the reward, accepting the giveaway prize means accepting that giveaway condition.

Giveaway Vouch / Feedback

Failure to provide a required giveaway confirmation or genuine feedback when this was clearly stated as a condition of the giveaway may give RazzYos Services the right to blacklist the user from future giveaways and/or voluntary store or community services.

Feedback must reflect the winner's genuine experience. Winners are never required to provide a false or misleading positive review.

Giveaway rewards normally have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless explicitly stated otherwise.

20. Discord Server Rules

When using the RazzYos Services Discord server, customers must behave respectfully.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

• Insults.
• Harassment.
• Exploitation.
• Corruption.
• Threats.
• Discrimination.
• Inappropriate behaviour.
• Excessive arguments.
• Staff impersonation.
• Scamming.
• Spam.
• Advertising without permission.
• Repeatedly sending messages to staff.
• Sending unsolicited direct messages to members for commercial purposes.
• Illegal content.
• NSFW content.
• Malware.
• Dangerous content.
• Doxxing.
• Sharing private customer information.

Serious violations may result in an immediate ban or blacklist.

21. Direct Messages

Do not send unsolicited direct messages to staff members or other server members for support, advertising, selling, harassment, or spam.

For support, customers should use the official support channels provided by RazzYos Services.

22. Leaving the Discord Server

Certain voluntary benefits may require membership in our Discord server because support, verification, updates, or warranty processing may take place through Discord.

If a product explicitly states that an additional voluntary warranty requires continued Discord membership, leaving the server during that warranty period may terminate that additional voluntary warranty or support benefit.

This does not remove mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Reviews and Vouches

Reviews and vouches must represent genuine customer experiences.

Customers must not:

• Create fake reviews.
• Purchase fake reviews.
• Impersonate another customer.
• Submit reviews for products they never received.
• Manipulate review systems.

RazzYos Services may remove reviews that are demonstrably fraudulent, spam, unrelated to an order, or contain prohibited content.

Negative reviews will not be removed merely because they are negative.

24. Reselling and Sharing

Unless explicitly permitted, products purchased from RazzYos Services are intended for the purchasing customer.

Customers may not:

• Resell products where resale is prohibited.
• Redistribute private products.
• Share credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Duplicate or redistribute digital files where prohibited.
• Sell access to a product that was licensed only for personal use.

Products specifically marked for resellers are subject to the relevant reseller conditions.

25. Abuse and Exploitation

Attempting to exploit RazzYos Services is prohibited.

This includes:

• Exploiting website bugs.
• Manipulating prices.
• Exploiting coupon systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Abusing replacement systems.
• Abusing giveaways.
• Bypassing purchase limits.
• Attempting unauthorized access.
• Interfering with our website or services.
• Automated scraping or attacks where prohibited.
• Attempting to obtain products without valid payment.

Orders associated with abuse may be cancelled, and users may be suspended or blacklisted.

26. Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are subject to their individual conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coupons cannot be combined where the system does not permit it.
• Expired coupons cannot be used.
• Coupon abuse may result in cancellation.
• Using multiple accounts to bypass coupon limits is prohibited.
• Coupon codes may be limited to one use per customer, account, household, IP address, or other reasonable anti-abuse identifier where disclosed and legally permissible.

We may disable coupons affected by an obvious technical or pricing error.

27. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Keeping purchased credentials secure.
• Protecting their email account.
• Protecting their Discord account.
• Using strong passwords.
• Not publicly sharing purchased credentials.
• Reading product instructions.
• Following product-specific requirements.
• Contacting support within the applicable warranty period.

RazzYos Services is not responsible for losses caused by the customer voluntarily sharing credentials with third parties.

28. Support

Customers should contact official RazzYos Services support if they experience an issue.

When contacting support:

• Be respectful.
• Explain the problem clearly.
• Provide the order ID when requested.
• Provide evidence when reasonably necessary.
• Do not spam support channels.
• Do not open multiple tickets for the same issue.
• Do not threaten staff members.

Abusive behaviour may result in termination of voluntary support.

29. Third-Party Platforms

Some products may depend on external platforms.

RazzYos Services is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party brands or platforms unless explicitly stated.

Names, trademarks, and logos belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party platforms may change their:

• Terms of Service
• Systems
• Prices
• APIs
• Account policies
• Security measures
• Features

at any time.

Where such changes are outside our control, RazzYos Services cannot guarantee continued availability of every third-party feature indefinitely unless explicitly promised as part of the purchased product.

30. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

• Maintenance
• Hosting issues
• Network problems
• Payment provider outages
• Third-party outages
• Security incidents
• Technical problems
• Force majeure events

We may temporarily restrict access when necessary to protect the website, customers, or services.

31. Fraud Prevention

For security and fraud prevention, orders may be reviewed using reasonable technical information relating to the transaction.

Suspicious activity may result in additional verification, cancellation, suspension, or refusal of future voluntary service.

Customers must not intentionally attempt to bypass fraud-prevention systems.

Any handling of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

32. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the RazzYos Services website design, branding, original graphics, original text, and other original materials belong to RazzYos Services or their respective licensors.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our original content without permission except where legally permitted.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RazzYos Services is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protections or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

34. Changes to Products

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and specifications may change.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to orders that have already been completed.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs before delivery, we may cancel the affected order and return the amount paid where appropriate.

35. Changes to These Terms

RazzYos Services may update these Terms of Service when necessary, including due to:

• New services.
• Security requirements.
• Legal requirements.
• Platform changes.
• Policy changes.

The current version will be published on our website together with its effective or updated date.

Changes will generally apply going forward and will not remove mandatory rights that already arose from an existing purchase.

36. Suspension or Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate voluntary access to our services where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraud.
• Security threats.
• Abuse.
• Serious Terms of Service violations.
• Payment fraud.
• Illegal activity.
• Harassment.
• Attempts to damage our services.

Termination of future service does not eliminate mandatory obligations relating to previous valid transactions.

If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

38. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable consumer law, the mandatory law takes priority.

39. Final Agreement

By purchasing from RazzYos Services, using our website, participating in our giveaways, or using our Discord community, you confirm that you have read and accepted:

• Our Refund Policy
• Any product-specific terms displayed before purchase
• Any applicable giveaway or reseller conditions
